Terms of Service

• All tickets must be purchased in advance through our website or at the park entrance on availability.
• Tickets are valid only for the date selected at time of purchase.
• Admission is subject to park capacity. We reserve the right to limit entry on high-demand days.
• Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge.
• Valid photo ID may be required at the gate for age-verification purposes.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

• All guests must follow instructions from park staff at all times.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn in all water areas. Street clothes, denim, and footwear are not permitted in pools and slides.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry without refund.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the park premises.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. Exceptions apply for infant formula and medical dietary requirements.
• Guests must adhere to height, weight, and health restrictions on all rides and attractions.
• Running, diving in shallow areas, and pushing are prohibited for the safety of all guests.

• Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent surgeries, back or neck injuries, or any other medical condition should consult their doctor before participating in rides.
• Life jackets are available for non-swimmers and must be worn in wave pools and deep water areas.
• Trained lifeguards are on duty throughout operating hours. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• In case of a medical emergency, guests should immediately notify park staff.
• The park reserves the right to close any attraction or the entire facility in adverse weather or emergency conditions without prior notice.

• Personal photography and videography for non-commercial purposes is permitted in most areas of the park.
• Photography and recording are strictly prohibited in changing rooms, locker areas, and washrooms.
• Commercial photography, drone usage, or filming requires prior written permission from management.
• By entering the park, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional or security purposes by park management.

• The park provides paid locker facilities for storing personal belongings.
• Welcome Water Park & Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the park.
• Guests are advised not to bring valuables such as jewellery, large amounts of cash, or expensive electronic devices.

• Participation in rides and attractions is at the guest's own risk.
• Welcome Water Park & Resort shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from the use of park facilities, except where caused by proven negligence of the park.
• All guests participate in activities voluntarily and acknowledge the inherent risks involved.

Welcome Water Park & Resort reserves the right to:

• Refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises who does not comply with park rules or these terms.
• Modify operating hours, ride availability, or park layout without prior notice.
• Conduct bag checks and security screening at the entrance for the safety of all guests.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the park or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
